CMPak Obtains Operating License from Pakistani Government

According to Chinese-language Xinhua News, China Mobile's Pakistani subsidiary CMPak, formerly known as Paktel, has obtained an operating license from the PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority). With the license, CMPak is able to deliver mobile phone services in Azad Jammu and Kashmir as well as Northern Pakistan.
